Fixed Timeout in Multi-Subject Visualisations (FRAME-2647)

Description

Resolved a distributed lock timeout occurring in ProcessMultiSubjectVisualisations when calling SubjectByLocationCache.GetSubjectsByLocationsHash. The timeout was caused by the method paging full subject records and all associated fields from the database, when only subject IDs were required. This method has been removed as part of the move to a location hash approach.
